Troubleshooting Our Site
FAQ - It's the same old content?ANSWER: Try Clearing out cache memory and refreshing the page. Also, make sure your internet settings are correct.#1 - Clear out cache memory. Click on Tools / Internet Options Click on General Tab under Internet Options Click on Delete files (under Temporary Internet files)You can also go into your Temporary Internet files "settings" and make sure your browser is set to "check for newer versions of stored pages: Every visit to the page" | |
#2 - Hit the "refresh" button on your browser.
Click on the link you want to view and hit the refresh button. If you aren't getting new content, the browser is bringing up a cached copy of the page (page stored on your computer for quicker upload.) By hitting the "refresh" button, the browser will go to the web server and bring the page up from the web server. Many times, a virus can change your internet settings. Make sure you have a good anti-virus scanner and tools. Check out http://antivirus.about.com/. |
