2010 BBQ CONTEST

Entry Deadline
7/27/10, 5 pm
1. All entries must have team name.
2. All entries must check in no later than 9 am,
07/31/2010.
3. All meat must be cooked on site.
4. All meat must be prepackaged USDA inspected.
5. Teams will be assigned a number for location & judging.
6. There will be 3 categories: baby back ribs, brisket, & pork
shoulder.
7. All teams will be given 3 containers with numbers when
checking in to be used to submit meat for judging. Turn in enough for 5 or 6
judges.
8. Deadlines: 5:30 ribs, 5:45 pork, 6:00 brisket
9. Judging will be on presentation, smoke flavor, tenderness, and
most of all “just finger lickin’ GOOD”!
10. First and second place prizes in each category.
11. NO gas grills.
12. Most important rule: “HAVE LOTS OF FUN!”
